The Johnson & Johnson spin-off has roughly 22,000 employees, and restructuring costs have been pegged at $275 million per year for the next two years. DoTERRA, a Utah-based essential oils multilevel marketing company, is undergoing a restructuring, laying off 7% of its workforce, approximately 300 employees.LVMH has announced that Megan Grant will take on the role of President and CEO, Americas for its Louis Vuitton brand. Grant joined the luxury conglomerate from L’Oréal USA, where she headed the Luxe division.She will report to David Ponzo, Executive Vice President of Commercial Activities.Revlon announced the appointment of Tchernavia Rocker as Chief People Office. Rocker will also play an advisory role in building Revlon’s ethnic haircare portfolio and report directly to CEO Elizabeth Smith. She has over 18 years of HR experience, with her last role as Under Armour's Chief People & Transformation Officer. She replaced Ely Bar-Ness. The L’Occitane Group has appointed Evelyne LY-Wainer as the new Managing Director of Global Travel Retail. LY-Wainer brings over two decades of experience in premium travel retail and luxury brand management to her new role. She has held key positions at Shiseido Travel Retail Asia Pacific, Kiehl’s, Biotherm, and Lancôme within the L’Oréal Luxe Division.About-face and af94 have appointed Francesca Raminella as CEO.
